By accessing and using the Rojas Trucks website, and by purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of our website and refrain from purchasing our products.

Shipping and Delivery

• Processing and Dispatch: Orders are processed daily (except for public holidays). A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you once shipping is procurred.
• Global Shipping: We offer international shipping.
• USA Shipping: Typically occurs within two to five business days, excluding public holidays.
• International Shipping: International shipping generally take 7-14 business days. VAT for European orders is not included at checkout.

Returns and Warranty

• Returns: Returns are accepted in cases of manufacturing defects. Contact our support team within 30 days of receipt to initiate a return.
• Warranty: Our products are warranted against manufacturing defects for six months from the purchase date. This warranty does not cover damages from normal wear and tear, misuse, or external incidents.

Warranty and Refund Shipping Costs

• Warranty Returns: Customers cover the initial shipping cost for warranty returns. If a warranty claim is validated, we cover the return shipping.
• Refunds: Refunds are issued at our discretion and exclude shipping costs. Currency fluctuations and bank fees are not within our control and are your responsibility.

Payments

All transactions are processed through Shopify. Additional charges by banks or financial institutions are solely the customer's responsibility.
